No Bluetooth Voice

I was extremely dissappointed to find that the voice navigation guidance does not come through on my bluetooth car kit, this renders the app rather useless, since most users, Im sure, will be using this app in their cars...

Can this be remedied?

Is it also possible to expand the map selection, eg, add neighbouring countries.
